　Shake the container well in a vertical direction before use. After completing other skincare steps, hold the container upright and dispense an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) into your hand. Avoid the eye and lip areas and rub evenly across the face. Leave the foam on for a few minutes, then use your hands to press for better absorption. No rinsing is needed.
